  What is a "scissor cut"?                                                                                                
We adapted the successful scissor cut system from other industries. Our PANELMASTER BS has no actively driven blade that can cause burn marks on your fabric and is prone to continuous regrinding. Our blade turns only as it is drawn across the material and resembles a scissor cut since it runs along a metal bar on the other side of the quilted material.
